MEDICAL RESEARCH

Dr. Yethindra conducted 32 research studies and published 23 research articles in top peer-reviewed journals. He participated in 14 international conferences and won eight awards.

He evaluated the safety and efficacy of drugs such as fluoxetine, and doxycycline in-vitro, umifenovir, heparin, itolizumab, and rivaroxaban in patients with COVID-19 and acquired successful results. He constructed a VYTR hypothesis on remdesivir in inhibiting SARS-CoV-2 in-vitro. He was the pioneer in reporting and publishing rare cases on diseases such as frontal lobe epilepsy, neurofibromatosis, and ischemic stroke. His important and successful studies in the past three years included stroke, thrombocytopenia, tuberculosis, leprosy, and COVID-19.
